Arrived damaged – now dealing with time-consuming return and repackaging
I was excited to use this cart for a clinical setup, but unfortunately it arrived in poor condition. The unit had visible cracks on arrival and multiple drawers were off track, making them difficult to open and close.I’m now having to spend additional time repackaging and arranging a return for a heavy item, which is quite inconvenient.
